China Tourism. Zhangjiajie. Travel China. Why vacations are good for your health

Why is China interesting for tourists? Here is the idyll of nature and man.

China is so large and diverse that it can offer its guest everything that its soul desires: deserts, endless steppes, rice fields, mountains, seas, islands, megalopolises, villages, temples, monasteries

Zhangjiajie Park is really beautiful and you should go here for inspiration and photos. Zhangjiajie is a national forest park of China, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The main attraction of the reserve is a mountain range of weathered sand and quartz pillars. It is located in the province of Hunan, more than 300 km from the capital of the province - the city of Changsha and belongs to the Winshan mountain system.

While walking in the park it seems that you are somewhere on another planet, so incredible landscapes sometimes opened before your eyes. In addition to the picturesque landscapes, there is a rich flora and fauna. Some species of plants, birds and animals found in these mountains are listed in the Red Book, for example, the gigantic salamander, civetta, pangolin, smoky leopard, rhesus monkeys and many others. Zhangjiajie National Park is open to visitors all year round. In the world there is not another such attraction. Zhangjiajie Park is a unique natural phenomenon worth seeing with your own eyes.

The third largest country in the world is characterized by a variety of landscapes: from the fertile lowlands in the east, the relief rises to the highlands of Tibet in the west and to the Himalayas in the south-west. In the west of China, highland plateaus and steppe regions dominate, which move to the north-west and north to the desert. In the depths of the country there are tropical forests, which on the hills turn into bamboo, and on the coast - into mangroves.

China Tourism. Zhangjiajie. Travel China
The nature of China is extremely diverse and is famous throughout the world for its incredible landscapes, as if descended from the screen of science fiction films. The climate of China is very diverse - from subtropical in the south to temperate in the north. On the coast, the weather is determined by the monsoons, which arise due to the different absorption properties of land and ocean. Seasonal movements of air and accompanying winds contain a large amount of moisture in summer and are rather dry in winter. The onset and withdrawal of monsoons to a large extent determine the amount and distribution of precipitation throughout the country. Huge differences in latitude, longitude and altitude in China give rise to a large variety of temperature and meteorological regimes, despite the fact that most of the country lies in a temperate climate. The best time to travel to China is late spring (April and May), as well as autumn from September to October (in the south from November to February).

Zhangjiajie National Park in China is considered one of the most beautiful places in China. This amazing landscape was formed as a result of prolonged weathering and leaching of rocks

All lovers of nature and unusual landscapes will definitely like this park. The well-known Avatar film originates from here, and the landscapes of Zhangjiajie Park became the prototype of the soaring mountains in the film. The park opens at 7 in the morning. Routes in the park can be made up with a dozen and they all have the right to life. It depends on how much you want to hurry to see everything, or you need a slow pace, whether you will use the cable car and elevator or prefer to walk on foot.

Most cities with a population of several million people have been built over the past 40 years. Chinese cuisine is gorgeous and very diverse. China is one of the safest countries for tourists. The attitude towards foreigners is very respectful and benevolent. Do not be afraid to try unusual food in China, meet people and dive into the local culture. An abundance of contrasting tastes and a variety of fresh products, plus the oldest experience of Chinese cuisine, remains in memory for life.

The territory of China is huge - it is the third largest state in the world. Its area is 9,600,000 square km, which is approximately equal to the area of all of Europe, its borders pass over land and waters, including vast deserts, highest mountains, endless plateaus, depressions, plains, mighty rivers, lakes, and dry and frosty, wet and mild, temperate climate.

Modern China is safe enough for tourists, but some precautions still do not interfere. Do you know where the habit of wearing a backpack in front appeared? It is in China. Petty theft is common here, especially in megacities. Not to worry much. In the cities on every street, police officers patrol; there are CCTV cameras in public transport and public places, and the streets are well lit in the evenings. The main thing is to watch your things.

It is difficult to overestimate the importance of China for world crop production: this is one of the centers of origin of cultivated plants, and the source of many ornamental landscape gardening plants, and a storehouse of unusual forms of plants, for example, dwarf "trees in a cup", known in the West under the Japanese name "bonsai". East Asia is one of the most important centers of origin of cultivated plants. Many of them are now grown all over the world. It was here that rice, barley, millet, chumiza, oats, beans, soybeans, radish, onion, apple, pear, apricot, peach, plum, cherry, oriental persimmon, types of citrus, mulberry, actinidia, Chinese sugar cane were domesticated. tea tree, camphor laurel, bamboos, etc.

Despite the diversity and richness of flora, as a result of long-term economic development of territories, a radical change in the nature of plant communities has occurred. So, in the east of the country, forests that were preserved only in the mountains were almost completely reduced, and not everywhere. Lowlands are cultivated almost everywhere. In the west, in a number of places, plant communities until recently remained almost untouched, however, in recent years, the changes caused by the development of industry and agriculture here, an increase in mining, processes of urbanization, etc. affected them too.
