The Kremlin in Izmailovo was built relatively recently in 1998-2007. Izmailovo Kremlin was built according to the drawings of the royal residence of the XVI-XVII centuries. It is surrounded by wooden and stone walls with beautiful, decorated with tiles towers. As befits a real Kremlin, the entrance to it is preceded by a bridge, and the entrance opening itself is located between two towers. On the territory of the Izmailovo Kremlin there are several museums.
Izmailovo played an important role in the historical and cultural development of Russia. Once upon a time, in the territory occupied by the Izmailovo Kremlin, there was the royal residence of the Romanov dynasty, as well as a linen factory, glass-blowing and brick factories.

The temple was built in 2000. It reaches a height of 46 meters and is considered the highest wooden church in Russia. In the temple there is a casket with particles of the relics of the holy princes Peter and Fevronia, the wonderworkers of Murom, patrons of family happiness.
Saint Nicholas has long been revered as the patron saint of navigators, merchants, traders and artisans. Saint Nicholas patronizes the Russian fleet, which also originates from Izmailovo.
